Website Use

1. Photos and material in this website may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission. Doing so will result in suspension of the user without prior warning.

2. We can not guarantee that links embedded, or files or information downloaded from the website are free of malware or viruses.

3. If we detect any unusual activity that suggests that you may be attempting to breach our database or website content, your account will be indefinitely suspended and you will be handed over to the police.

4. If you wish to provide a link to Picked by Papa on your website or blog, please communicate with us beforehand by email to toys@pickedbypapa.org and allow us at least 7 business days to respond. 

Products

1. Products may be damaged or lost or broken during delivery. Please inform us by email with a photo within 2 days for exchange.

2. Although our products are child-safe, we are not liable for any damages or health issues arising from using them in an inappropriate manner. 

Promotional material/ Others

1. Do not copy or use any photos, images or promotional materials within Picked by Papa website or its social media accounts  without the our written permission. Our logo may not be used for any purpose unless explicitly consented by Picked by Papa.

2. Picked by Papa reserves the right to modify or change the terms of service at any time in order to better serve and protect our customers and business partners.
