Shipping policy

1. We aim to deliver your order within 3 business days (for all orders that come in before 5pm).

2. Should you receive your order later than 5 business days, please contact us and we will refund your delivery fee. This does not apply if all reasonable efforts have been made to deliver and fulfill the order, but we have been unsuccessful due to road blocks, wrong addresses

3.  We will only deliver orders to addresses located within the Singapore main island. We will not access any restricted areas, including but not limited to the below:

  • Jurong Island
  • Tuas Link
  • Changi Cargo
  • Army Camps
  • Off-shore Islands such as Pulau Ubin
  • Singapore Prison Quarters
  • Airbase sites
  • SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1
  • Shipyards
  • Powergrid
  • Lim Chu Kang

3. For orders and delivery to addresses overseas, please email toys@pickedbypapa.org and we will quote you shipping fees separately.
