1. Picked by Papa is fully compliant to Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Your personal information provided at purchase including name, address and email address will only be used for completing the transection. 

2. We may contact you using the personal information you have provided, in order to facilitate the transection. Examples include:

i) To inform you of service or delivery delays 

ii) To inform you that we are out of stock for a product you have selected

3. If we intend to use your personal information for any other purpose, such as marketing, we will explicitly ask you. If you agree but later decide to withdraw your consent, please contact us at toys@pickedbypapa.org and we will promptly remove you from our marketing list. Once consent is withdrawn, we will cease to collect, use or disclose your personal data.

4. We will never disclose your personal information to an external party unless required by law.

5. Should you agree for us to collecty personal data, we will make security arrangements to protect the personal data, so as to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure of your data. Our measures include:

i) Storing your data behind a passsword locked and protected document.

ii) The password is only accessible to the business owner and marketing head.

iii) The document will not be shared with anyone out of our business organisation.

6. We will not retain your personal data and dispose of it in a proper manner when it is no longer needed for any business or legal purpose.

7. Our site is powered by Shopify Inc. Shopify is certified Level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant, the highest compliance level. This compliance extends by default to all stores powered by Shopify, including Picked by Papa. PCI DSS is an international security standard for organizations that handle credit and debit card information, recognized by major entities such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. 8. We will not be responsible for the privacy practices of other sites with links embedded in our store. When you click on a link from our site, please read the privacy statements of these sites before navigating further or sharing your personal infomation at those sites.

9. We reserve the right to modify our privacy policy at any time. Any changes or clarifications will be highlighted in the revisions on this page, so that you are aware of the changes.
